Performance consulting for scaling teams.

InnerNorth Atlas helps organisations define what “good” looks like, design ways of working that support it, and embed change that holds — without relying on one-off training to do the heavy lifting.

I built InnerNorth Atlas because I kept seeing the same pattern in fast-moving organisations: performance is expected, but the system underneath it doesn’t support consistency. “Training” gets requested when the real issue is clarity, ownership, and ways of working.

If execution is costing more than it should, it often shows up as:

  • inconsistent performance feedback

  • unclear ownership across teams

  • stalled growth and slipping engagement

  • managers spending too much time “figuring it out” without shared tools

  • change that fades after the launch moment

We turn a training request into practical agreements, reusable tools, and working rhythms teams can rely on — so standards stays consistent.

What I can help with

How we work: diagnosis-led and data-informed.

We gather signal fast (conversations + real work artefacts), synthesise what’s actually happening, then co-create practical tools, system and rituals teams will use — so standards stay high and consistent.

Co-define

high performance

Problem we solve

Unclear standards and inconsistent expectations that create drift, or unfairness.

Outcome

Clear, shared standards that reduce guesswork and make performance conversations fairer and more consistent.

What you get

Co-defined “what good looks like” set of expectations (with examples)

-

Practical language for feedback and performance conversations

-

Lightweight templates (1:1s, check-ins, reviews)

Co-design

ways of working

Problem we solve

Collaboration frictions and feedback that don't translate into action - slowing delivery and stalling growth.

Outcome

A calmer operating rhythm with clearer feedback and follow-through, strengthening trust and engagement.

What you get

Co-designed working agreements (team norms and rituals)

-

A one-page operating guide the team can reuse

A light team pulse (to surface patterns and track progress)

Make
change stick

Problem we solve

Change fades after launch because there’s no reinforcement in the flow of work.

Outcome

Change that holds: behaviours repeat, commitments stick, and managers aren’t relying on memory and willpower.

What you get

Reusable toolkits and prompts that remove guesswork

-

A simple adoption plan (30–60 days) with checkpoints

-

Small measures to track progress (e.g. decision stickiness, meeting load, clarity of ownership)

Partner with Learning, Talent, and Organisational Development teams

If you have in-house capability — or you’re an external partner supporting a client — I can work behind the scenes to strengthen the brief, sharpen the approach, and support the stakeholder narrative. Your team stays the visible lead. Clear boundaries, no poaching.

How we partner:

  • Turn a vague request into a decision-ready one-pager (problem, signals, recommendations)

  • Synthesise existing data and artefacts into a clear direction

  • Build reusable toolkits (done-with-you) that managers actually use

  • Optional: offsite design pack (agenda, pre-work, facilitation prompts, outputs)

Theresa Chu | Founder, InnerNorth Atlas
ICF Recognised Coach | Performance Consultant

Neurodiversity-informed (ADHD + autistic)

I work at the intersection of performance, manager enablement, ways of working, and learning design, with nearly a decade of experience across fintech, finance, logistics, and global services.

What that experience has taught me is simple: performance becomes sustainable when expectations are clear, ownership is explicit, and managers have tools they can reuse.

My approach is evidence-informed and strengths-based, drawing on coaching psychology, behavioural science, and organisational learning to help teams reduce reactive work and perform more consistently.
