Performance advisory for professionals and leaders.

InnerNorth Atlas exists to reduce reactive work and hidden strain — so high performers can make clearer decisions, have braver conversations, and sustain their standards without burning out.

Coaching is available — always grounded in real decisions, real conversations, and practical ways of working.

I built InnerNorth Atlas for a pattern I recognise: you’re performing well, yet work starts to feel heavier than it should. Not because you’re incapable — but because you’re carrying competing priorities, unspoken expectations, and the pressure to stay composed while keeping things moving.

Somewhere along the way, motivation shifts. You’re still delivering, but the outcomes don’t match the effort — or the effort isn’t fully recognised. So you compensate: more care, more effort, more “just this once”.

Over time, confidence drops and boundaries bend until your week fills with reactive work. This is where we restore clarity that holds  — and a way of leading that lasts.

What I can support you with

How I work: Advisory-led, coaching-informed.

We clarify what matters, design the smallest change that will hold, and shape a practical next step you can commit to — so you leave with clear decisions, usable tools, and a way of working you can sustain.

Leadership advisory

& coaching

Problem we solve

Decisions keep looping, priorities blur, and stakeholder pressure builds — especially when you’re responsible without full authority.

Outcome

Clearer direction, stronger influence, and a pace you can sustain.

What you get

A decision you can stand behind (with trade-offs), a concrete plan, language to manage up and align stakeholders, and simple ways-of-working rules that reduce reactive work.

Format

1:1 sessions or a short support block (2–4 touchpoints).

Performance conversations support

Problem we solve

Expectations are unclear, feedback doesn’t land, and performance issues linger - especially when you've provided all the support that you can.

Outcome

Fairer standards and calmer, clearer performance conversations — without harshness or avoidance.

What you get

“What good looks like” expectations in your context, a conversation plan/rehearsal, follow-up steps, and lightweight templates you can reuse (check-ins, feedback notes, expectation setting).

Format

1:1 support, or small-group calibration when consistency matters.

Team alignment

sprint

Problem we solve

Teams get disengaged — unclear ownership, slipping commitments, and cross-functional friction that drains trust.

Outcome

Clear commitments, smoother collaboration, and an operating rhythm the team can sustain.

What you get

Co-created working agreements, an offsite design pack (agenda, pre-work, facilitation prompts, outputs), a light team pulse with recommendations.

Format

One working session plus a follow-up touchpoint — or design-only.

Neurodiversity-informed (ADHD + autistic)

With almost a decade of experience across FinTech, Finance, Logistics, and global Services, I’ve led and coached teams through transformation, uncertainty, and growth.

What I’ve learned — and what I now teach — is that leadership is both acceleration and sustainability: knowing when to move fast, and how to stay grounded while you do.

My role isn’t to prescribe answers — it’s to help you find what’s right, define what works, and design what lasts for you. Grounded in coaching psychology, behavioural science, and organisational learning, I help professionals and leaders make clearer decisions, handle harder conversations, and sustain their standards — with wellbeing built in.

Based in London and working globally, I believe clarity doesn’t fade — it compounds.
